Yes, absolutely! Every timepiece we ship out is insured, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that in the unlikely event of something happening to it, you'll be covered no matter what. 

Once we send a watch to you, you should receive it within 1-2 days. 

We guarantee that all of our timepieces maintain full, proper functionality. If you would like to make a claim, then you must include the following:

  • Receipt documentation (photos, videos, screenshots, receipts, etc)
  • Video documentation of the condition of the watch within 24 hours of receipt
  • You MUST notify us via email of your claim with all of the aforementioned documentation attached.
  • Claims made over 24 hours since you received the watch are not accepted.

Yes, although depending on the brand and provenance, some pieces may take longer to find than others.

 

We will do our utmost to find the piece you are looking for; if we find that no pieces are available either on the market or within our network, then we will provide you a full refund on your deposit.

The standard timeframe for sourcing a specific piece is within 4-8 weeks, although we frequently accomplish this much sooner.

 

The timeframe can extend up to 90 days for rare pieces.

 

If we are ultimately unable to find the piece you are looking for, we will issue a full refund on your deposit.

  1. We will have an initial call to discuss expectations. 
  2. After reaching an understanding, we will provide you a FedEx insured shipping label which you will use to ship your watch to us.
  3. Once we receive your watch, we will fully inspect it in partnership with our watchmaker to make sure that it is in full working order and that it came with everything we expected to come with, and is in the condition we expected it to be in.
  4. Once we are satisfied with this, we will market the piece to our network of fellow dealers, jewelers, and traders.
  5. Upon sale of the watch, we will transfer the proceeds to you minus a 6-10% commission, depending on the watch.
  1. We will photograph the entire timepiece in order to ensure a clear understanding of the condition that it is in.
  2. We will also create video documentation of the piece for further proof of its condition at the time of shipping.
  3. Any contents that will be accompanying the watch itself will also be documented.
  4. All functionalities of the watch will also be verified.
  5. All documentation will be saved our CRM/data drive for insurance and peace of mind.
  6. The watch and anything accompanying it will be double boxed and sealed, then shipped via our shipping partner.

    • Note: If you would like to pay in cash, we require that you meet us in person at our partner jeweler Menashe & Sons in Seattle, WA.

We authenticate our pieces with Menashe & Sons of Seattle, WA, our partner jeweler that has been in business for over 50 years. We will also seek secondary opinions from our trusted network and have zero tolerance for counterfeits.

Absolutely! However, most of our business is conducted within the US as that is where we are based. Any international inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
