1. Initial Consultation

Contact us via email or phone. We’ll discuss your timepiece details, condition, and expectations. You’ll receive preliminary valuation guidance within 24-48 hours.

2. Documentation & Inspection

Ship your timepiece using our fully insured FedEx label (overnight or 2-day shipping). Once receieved, we’ll video document the complete unboxing process. Professional inspection will be carried out by our authentication partners, Menashe & Sons Jewelers in Seattle. All documentation is stroed securely in our CRM for your protection.

3. Authentication & Verification

Multi-point authentication will be carried out through our trusted network. All watch functions and overall condition will be assessed, with a secondary expert opinion when needed to ensure complete confidence.

4. Offer & Payment

You will receive a fair market offer based on current conditions. Should you accept our offer, choose your preferred payment method: Wire transfer, Zelle, credit card (3-6% processing fee), or cash. Funds will typically be transferred on within the same business day.

During this call, we'll agree on consignment terms and a target price range.
2. Secure Transfer
We'll provide a fully insured FedEx shipping label—either overnight or 2-day shipping.

Video documentation will be taken of receipt and unboxing of your piece, followed by a professional inspection by our watchmaker and authentication partners.
3. Verification & Documentation
Once proper functionality and condition has been confirmed, a professional photography session for your watch will ensure that it gets the best presentation that it deserves.
4. Active Marketing
We'll list your watch on every platform that we operate on, including Instagram, Facebook, eBay, Chrono24, and more to showcase it to our retail client pipeline.

It may also be promoted to our trader and dealer network, ensuring that as many eyes as possible are on your watch.
5. Sale & Settlement
The final buyer and price will be subjected to your approval—we'll handle all transaction details and payment processing.

The proceeds, minus the agreed commission, will be transferred to you via your preferred method: wire transfer, Zelle, check, etc. This is typically done within 48 hours of the completed sale.
